New ISLS International Journal of Computer-Supported Collaborative Learning (ijCSCL) ISLS has announced the founding of an official new journal of the Society: the International Journal of Computer-Supported Collaborative Learning (ijCSCL). The new journal is be co-edited by Friedrich Hesse (Germany) and Gerry Stahl (USA). An Editorial Board has been formed. The first volume of ijCSCL is planned for 2006 and will feature some of the best papers from CSCL 2005 in Taiwan. More information: Visit the ijCSCL homepage. The International Conference on Computer-Supported Collaborative Learning (CSCL), held bi-annually since 1995, focuses on issues related to learning through collaboration and promoting productive collaborative discourse with the help of the computer and other communications technologies. Each conference has included keynotes, symposia, workshops, panels, submitted papers, posters, and demos covering timely and important issues of interest and research findings important to the CSCL community.
